Garlic Ginger Marinade
Our Garlic Ginger Marinade is a trip to Southeast Asia in your mouth. Soy, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil form the backbone, with sophisticated flavors exploding from there. We have left this sauce thick and almost chunky, you can feel the ginger and garlic on your tongue. The bite of red chili is sharp and forward. We are proud of this bold creation, it is an intricate balance of flavors – sour, sweet, salty and spicy.
You can go wild with ways to use this – you need not limit it to simply marinating chicken or beef (although excellent!). Think satay or stir fry. How about Asian noodles or Ahi tuna? Add to homemade soup for a Thai touch, or mix into a dressing for an Asian salad. We call it a marinade, but we want you to think saucy!
