Tapenades
Welcome to Primo's Gourmet Tapenades!
Tapenades are used as an appetizer when served with crackers, 'crostini', crusty bread or crudites.
They can also be used as a condiment or a culinary ingredient in fine cooking.
Consider using them in omelets, or on flatbread pizza!
Smooth silky artichokes are celebrated in this tapenade, but the co-stars make this a new taste sensation. Lemon, peppery capers and garlic bring a zing along with toasted almonds and a hint of Parmesan cheese. Make sure you have plenty of crackers!

The rich flavor of this delectable spicy spread is derived from finely chopped sun-ripened green olives. We add capers, red wine vinegar, garlic, & lemon to amplify the nutty fruit flavor. Spread on bread, top onto fresh vegetables, or mix with pasta.

A California inspired take on the classic Sicilian-style olive salad. Slightly spicy, this spread is a combination of finely chopped green & black olives, roasted red bell pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
