Garlic Hickory Spice Blend - Large

'Smoke' with foods is in, and the type of smoke we like best? Hickory. It has a strong impact with bacon flavor notes. Of course, hickory is ideal with garlic in a spice rub, and here is Primo’s awesome version. Smooth, rich mellow characteristics ideal for grilling.

We suggest mixing our Garlic Hickory Spice Blend in with your burgers, shake on meats for a dry rub or combine with olive oil to fully release the flavors. Your options are endless!

As with all our rubs, we recommend ‘rub’bing it directly into your meats prior to grilling at least 30 minutes, and ideally overnight.  Store in the fridge in sealable plastic.   Dry rubs require a little moisture from the surface of the meat to stay on, but as the meat cooks and releases juices our rub will create a wonderfully flavored crust.
